He is an admitted attorney and conveyancer who practices as such. He is a property expert. He offers training to all our agents in the evenings on all aspects of completion of contracts, sales out of estates, documentation to be obtained from customer so as to avoid the delays in the conclusion of sales and later transfer of the property. He adds more value to us in terms of compliance.

Chief Executive Officer Xolani Sogoni

Mr. Sogoni is our Chief Executive Officer. His experience in sales dates as far back as he was at Discovery Life in early 2000. He subsequently joined Pam Golding early 2007. Later he worked for Leapfrog before he joined Sebego Properties.

He has worked as a sales agent with specific forecast in Soweto. His interpersonal skills and customer care ability are beyond reproach. This is manifested by the fact that most of his former customers will locate him wherever he goes for their property needs. Be it them wanting to sell their properties or wanting to buy other property(ies). He is our all-round in the services we offer. Xolani commands 12 years experience in sales and more than 5 years in property experience.

Sales & rental Manager Motshabi Monare

In line with our country?s goal to empower women in business, we have appointed Ms. Motshabi Monare as our manager to head our sales and rental departments. She is an innovative and dynamic up and coming young business woman informed by desire to grow and flourish in business.

She started her career a Financial sector and only started developing interests in property late 2008. In 2009 she joined Leapfrog in Kliptown Soweto. There she worked as sales agent leaving such a remarkable foot print for her customers that it is not surprise that she is our most sought after in Sebego Properties by some of her previous customers and referrals.

Consistent with our customer orientated approach, she is more receptive and friendly to our vulnerable first time buyers taking them by hand through all the steps of the way in the purchase of their new homes until they receive the keys to their homes. These value-add and after care services makes her more popular amongst her customers. In some instances she accompanies customer to both transferring and bond attorneys in order to expedite the processes for the ultimate transfer of properties.
